Do I add after-care price to the total, if needed? 

Yes. 

 

Is tax included in the prices posted on the website or should I add that onto the posted prices when sending the e-transfer?

 

Taxes are already included. 

 

Do campers bring their own lunch?

 

Yes, your camper is to bring their own lunch. We believe that campers can eat when their bodies feel they need to be fueled. We will have designated snack at 9:30AM, lunch at 11:45AM and afternoon snack at 3:00PM. 

 

Will there be swimming? If so, where and will there be lifeguards on duty?

 

Raven Park has a wading pool (2 feet deep) open 4 days a week during the summer. They have 3 lifeguards on deck at all times. Either Ms Kaitlin or Ms Gabby will also be in the pool if any campers are swimming. We have forms families need to fill out to provide permission. Not every day is a pool day. Families will be informed which days are!

 

What age-range is this camp for?

 

Our camp is created to be developmentally appropriate for campers aged 4-12.

Can we get a refund if our camper can’t attend camp?

 

Within 3 weeks (21 days) of your camper(s) selected program start, refunds will not be issued other than in extraordinary circumstances.

 

What are the hours of the camp day?

 

Drop off between 8AM-9AM 

Activities run from 9:15AM-4:00PM

After-care with additional charge from 4:00PM-5:30PM

• Water bottle

• Lunch 

• Towel/swimmers (on pool days)
